Now's your chance to see just how she does it with her very own work out sessions that can be put on your I-Pod, computer, or printed out. These work outs feature step by step picture moves that work perfectly with your I-Pod. Set it to your own music and start the work out.
Strength Work Out
Alicia's workout features three areas that work to tone and burn away the fat! Her strength work outs feature 3 levels with 3 workouts each that are performed one time a week for four weeks. Her strength work outs use your own body weight as well as dumbells.
Fat Burning Work Out
Get ready to burn the fat with these work outs. Featuring cardio work outs that really get the fat burning, Alica provides easy to do moves that will get the blood pumping at the fat melting away. Structured like the strength work out, you will have 3 levels to choose from as well as 3 workouts for each level. Pick the level that works for you and do each work out once a week.
Stretch to Enhance
Aside from the wonderful strength and fat burning workouts, the Super Bundle comes with 2 levels of stretches to get you into a flexible and better balanced fitness. Perform these moves before and after the workout to get your muscles into better shape.
Personal Experience
When I saw this ad for a work out plan that Alicia Minshew helped create and that she would be instructing you through it, I jumped on the chance to try it out. It couldn't have come at a better time either, because I was looking for a good work out program that I could do and would want to do. So, I paid for the Super Bundle and downloaded it right away. When you get the package, it comes with a bunch of folders for each level of work out as well as each work out. I have an I-Pod and might put it on there, but for now, I just wanted a print out. This took some time and finese with Photoshop to organize the photos and text for each work out I wanted.
I set it up like this:
Strength Work out:
Level 1 Work out 1:Thursday
Level 1 Work out 2:Saturday
Level 1 Work out 3:Monday
Fat Burning Work out:
Level 1 Work out 1:Wednesday
Level 1 Work out 2:Friday
Level 1 Work out 3:Sunday
Stretches:
Level 1 :Everyday
Level 2 :Everyday
Tuesday is my day of rest.
So all the photos that went with each were lined up across the page and continued down the page to fit all of them on there. By the time I was done, I had a nice print out of all the work outs with their accompanying pictures all ready for each week. Because there are 3 work outs for each level, and you do them once a week, it works out that you can set it up to alternate days. One day you do one of the strength work outs and the next day you do one of the fat burning work outs and so on. This leaves you with one day of rest and you do this for 4 weeks.
