Josh Martin-Kane

Well the secret is out. Josh is not a Madden. However, while the news remained a shock to many Pine Valley citizens, it seemed that Josh was the only one kept in the dark. With this new revelation it seems as though Josh won't be joing the Kane/Martin family for any Christmas dinners any time soon, but with Kendall so quick to now how he feels, can she bring him to his senses before he does something he'll regret?

Dixie's little girl living next door?

For months now we were aware of why Dixie remained gone for 4 years. But with the one person that knew the truth about Dixie's little girl's location six feet under, what's a mother to do. Fortunately she has plenty of help from pals around town, but could it be that her little girl is in the very town of Pine Valley. That's right fellow fans it appears that AMC writers have done it again, by throwing the ever so blatent truth right in front of our heartbroken character's face only to have her not realize it. For those that didn't pick up on the mystery, it seems that Annie has more of a secret then running away from her sick husband. Not only does Greg Madden have a photo of the little tot, but Annie seemed to know of Greg when Ryan was telling Spike about his evil deeds. So once again we must sit and see just how this will pan out and how many times Dixie will walk by Ryan's condo, or perhaps even hold little Emma before she finds out the truth.

Can Kendall Be Reformed?

The question of the day is far from an easy one and when looking back at all the evil deeds Kendall has been apart of, we are left to wonder if she can really change?

Motherhood has a great tendancy to change a person, can Kendall be one of them? The once fiesty, hated, and mouthy woman that returned to Pine Valley in 2002 has drastically changed over the years. Her relationships, reconnection to her mother and sister, marriage, and motherhood have all played a major role in Kendall's reformation. However, the old Kendall still exists and it is sure to be shown when it has to do with protecting her son. The old Kendall may come out every now and then even though it has been hidden away for quite some time.

So the question is which do you prefer? Do you like the old Kendall with fire, passion, and drive? Or the new softer Kendall that cares more about others, and attempts to let her tough exterior mellow out?

Spike's Dad/Dads

To a very happy Kendall and Ryan the news that Greg Madden did not father baby Spike was a giant breath of fresh air. However, with Ryan so close by will Zach start to feel a little left out?

It's now question that Ryan has feelings for Kendall but at the same time he doesn't want to come between her marriage. Ryan has grown to accept that he always interfered with what Kendall needed versus what he wanted. For the first time Ryan is thinking of Kendall and not threatning to ruin things for her even if he wants to be with her and raise their little boy.

The Couple That Could Have Been

The last issue brought this section to light and instead of just doing it once, we are bringing you another relationship that could have been for Kendall.

David and Kendall didn't really have a shot, but when Ryan was once again driving Kendall nuts, she found a little comfort in the arms of David Hayword. While the relationship lasted as long as an episode of AMC, the actual thought is more than intriguing. With Kendall being a spitfire, and David as coniving as Kendall, the relationship would have been extremely interesting at best. They could have worked together on many things bringing down Pine Valley to its knees.

While the thought is provoking, the overall appeal was not there. But there were many pairings for Kendall since her return to Pine Valley, and bad guy has always been her main attraction. Michael Cambias, Zach Slater, JR Chandler. While she has found love with a few good guys, her deepest connection has always been to the ones that have a little extra flair, and we would not expect anything less.
